Join Us as a Mosaic Community Service Project Coordinator!
Are you passionate about community service, youth engagement, and peace education? CISV USA’s New York Chapter is seeking a dedicated Mosaic Community Service Project Coordinator to help lead and deliver three one-day Mosaic projects over the next year, partnering with our Junior Branch and like-minded organizations. As Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between our Chapter’s Junior Branch (JB) and external community partners. Work together with a chapter mentor to guide project planning, logistics, and evaluation, working closely with the JB to design meaningful activities that reflect CISV’s educational mission.Time Commitment & Expectations:
- Approximately 4–6 hours/month, with increased intensity (~ 10 hours) during project weeks.
- Managing the Mosaic Worksheet process (planning, submission, and post-project reporting) and submitting it to the National Mosaic Chair for approval and final evaluation.
Who You Are:
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
- Skilled communicator with experience in youth-led projects or community service.
- A believer in CISV’s mission: building global friendships, peace education, and civic engagement.
- Experience working with youth, particularly through the Junior Branch or community organizations, is a strong asset.
