Join the Leaders Group in CISV New York!
We are looking for passionate, responsible, and empathetic individuals to represent New York and the U.S. at local, national, and international programs.Ideal Candidates:
- Age 21 or older by January 2026
- Passionate about human rights, diversity, sustainable development, and conflict resolution
- Strong risk management instincts
- Culturally competent with a positive, inclusive attitude
- Enjoy collaborating with curious, talented individuals
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead activities for small and large groups
- Prepare youth delegates and their families for international programs
- Attend Leaders training and a local minicamp
- Act as guardian for four U.S. delegates
- Work with camp staff and fellow leaders to implement peace education activities.
CISV Offers:

- Experience in youth mentoring and leadership skills
Program invitations and dates for the Village, Youth Meeting, and Step Up will be available by November 2025. CISV alums have gone on to work at major international organizations, start companies, enhance their teaching skills, and pursue advanced degrees.
