🌍 International Programs Orientation – Building Our Delegations, Together

The heart of every CISV program is the community we create. Join us for our International Programs Orientation, where delegates and their families come together to build connections and prepare for meaningful growth, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

This orientation is mandatory for all delegates and their families. During the session, you will:

• Meet your delegation and begin developing your team dynamic
• Explore what it means to represent CISV and your chapter
• Learn how to work together, support one another, and grow as a group
• Understand expectations, roles, and communication practices
• Begin shaping the foundations of a positive, supportive, and inclusive delegation culture

This gathering is less about logistics—and more about laying the groundwork for a strong, connected delegation that will thrive both before and during the program.
