Community Service at Grassroots Grocery

Mark your calendar for a family-friendly Produce Party in the Bronx with our friends at Grassroots Grocery.
We will meet at 1315 Olmstead Avenue, Bronx from 9am to 12pm to learn about Grassroots Grocery, work together to sort and pack 10,000+ lbs of unused rescued produce, and (if you have a car) make a produce delivery to a preassigned community site where the produce will be delivered to neighbors in need.

Your services as a food packer or a driver (OR BOTH) will be incredibly helpful.
Please sign up to be a packer AND a driver if you can — we need 30 drivers!
Drivers will receive their assignments a few days prior to the party.
Feel free to invite anyone (outside CISV) that you think may be interested. This event is child-friendly. Everyone can help!
