Join the Camp Staff for CISV New York’s 2026 Youth Meeting!
CISV New York is thrilled to host a 15-day Youth Meeting in the summer of 2026, and we are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Camp Staff team!
As camp staff, you will play a vital role in shaping an unforgettable international experience for youth delegates, supporting their safety, well-being, and personal growth while fostering global friendships and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging activities that promote peace, friendship, and cultural exchange.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive camp environment.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and happiness of all participants.
- Serve as mentors and role models, upholding the educational values of CISV.
- Manage camp logistics and daily operations in collaboration with fellow staff and leaders.
Who Can Apply:
- Adult staff: 21+ years old
- Junior staff (Junior Counselors): 18–20 years old

Time Commitment
- Pre-program: ~4 hours/month from December 2025–July 2026
- Training: 4 days in April 2026 (includes National Leader Training)
- On-site: 15 days, July 31–August 16, 2026 (live-in, 24/7 with designated time off)
