CISV NY is looking for volunteers to become Chair or Co-Chairs of the following committees:
- Fundraising: Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans alongside committee members.
- Hosting: Lead the committee that makes sure the Chapter is prepared to host international programs.
- Village Selection (a subcommittee within the Program Committee): Recruit, interview, select and recommend delegates for Village delegations.
- Youth Meeting Selection (a subcommittee within the Program Committee): Recruit, interview, select and recommend delegates for Youth Meeting delegations.
- Membership: Maintain the Chapter's membership database updated and our members engaged through the organization of events in coordination with the Fundraising Committee.
As Chair or Co-Chair of one of these committees, you would be a member of the CISV NY Board and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

We understand that your time is precious, and we greatly respect your commitments. However, the role of a Board Member at CISV NY is designed to be flexible, ensuring that it fits into your schedule. Our board meetings take place virtually once a month (with occasional in-person meetings), allowing for convenient participation from anywhere in the world. Additionally, most board-related tasks and responsibilities can be accomplished remotely, providing you with flexibility and autonomy in your contributions.
