DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendar for a family-friendly Produce Party in the Bronx with our friends at Grassroots Grocery. \nWe will meet at 1315 Olmstead Avenue\, Bronx from 9am to 12pm to learn about Grassroots Grocery\, work together to sort and pack 10\,000+ lbs of unused rescued produce\, and (if you have a car) make a produce delivery to a preassigned community site where the produce will be delivered to neighbors in need. \nSIGN UP HERE\nYour services as a food packer or a driver (OR BOTH) will be incredibly helpful. \nPlease sign up to be a packer AND a driver if you can — we need 30 drivers! \nDrivers will receive their assignments a few days prior to the party. \nFeel free to invite anyone (outside CISV) that you think may be interested. This event is child-friendly. Everyone can help! \nHope to see everyone at the CISV NY + Grassroots Grocery Produce Party!
